Beginning Glassblowing Series: Cups


January 21-22, 2017
Saturday 12:00PM-5:00PM
Sunday 10:00AM-3:00PM

Learn the finer points of how to make a thin-lipped drinking vessel. Simple shapes and color patterns will be explored, while emphasizing symmetry and thin lips.


Expect to leave this class with at least four cups and the knowledge of making thinner pieces with at least two different color applications.
Introduction to Glassblowing is required to take this course.

This class requires protective eye wear which will be provided by SGS (personal sunglasses or safety glasses are fine).
All students must wear close-toed shoes and cotton clothing is recommended.
