• How to break down tubing into manageable sections (blanks) by means of pulling points and welding up small tubing handles
• Applying pure silver with the flame by fuming onto the clear glass blanks to add color, contrast, and elegance
• Order of operations and shaping the silver fumed blanks into the classic spoon shape, i.e., learning how to make the mouthpiece, middle section, and head of the pipe; pop bowl hole, push bowl, add carburetor, and add a flat spot to make a fully functional pipe
• Adding blips/dots to the head of the pipe to create more grip and apply your own unique expressio
