Intermediate Stained Glass with Monique, January 8-February 12

Come join Monique for another session of stained glass! Students will get to work on a larger project (~12 inches) and start pushing their limits on more complex designs. This class is designed for students who have already gained some stained glass experience from previous classes and are looking to tune in on their techniques.
Some stained glass experience is required for this class. All materials are included in this class. Materials include: contact paper, patterns, glass, copper foil, solder, lead came, flux, flux remover, patina, jump rings, and chain.
Week 1 – Gathering materials, cutting glass, how to foiling review, choosing a pattern, setup board, pick out glass
Week 2 – Project continuation; cutting, grinding, foiling
Week 3 – Project continuation; cutting, grinding, foiling
Week 4 – Project continuation; solder, came frame
Week 5 – Project continuation; solder, jump rings, patina, shine project
Week 6 – Project wrap up
