Join us in welcoming Visiting Artist Stephanie Sersich for a lecture on her work and a discussion of her art in this presentation by the artist.
Light refreshments & snacks will be provided.

Stephanie’s jewelry combines her lampwork beads, vintage beads, seashells, seeds…anything with a hole…and then is bound together with cords and threads into talismanic jewelry. Both her individual lampwork beads and her jewelry are inspired by things beyond the world of beads – the creative home she grew up in, textiles, food, the plant kingdom and most recently, her children and their toys and books. She will tell us how she is continually finding new ideas and seeing the motifs, balance and rhythms in the environment in which she has evolved. You may discover your own environment is full of inspiration!
