Cold Shop: Sand Blasting

Description

Discover the secrets of sandblasting! Students in this class will learn about the Rayzist sand blaster available to use in our cold shop. Sand blasting is used to achieve a frosted appearance on the surface of the glass, transforming any blown or fused piece. Bring your own project to work on using the tools explained in the class under the guidance of acclaimed glass artist Mark Leputa.

Completion of this class includes permission to use the sand blaster during a Cold Shop rental.

This class has a minimum enrollment of two students. If the minimum is not met, the class will be canceled and the tuition refunded. Please wear close-toe shoes to all Sonoran Glass School classes. Thank you.
