Cold Shop: Shaping

Description

Take your blown or fused glass projects and create masterpieces using cold working tools. Students in this class will learn about the tools available for use in our cold shop on site, including: belt sander (4″ x 106″), single arbor grinding lathe, and lap wheels. Bring your own project to work on using the tools explained in the class under the guidance of acclaimed glass artist Mark Leputa.

Completion of this class includes permission to use the belt sander, lathe, and lap wheel during a Cold Shop rental.

This class has a minimum enrollment of four students. If the minimum is not met, the class will be canceled and the tuition refunded. Please wear close-toe shoes to all Sonoran Glass School classes. Thank you.
