You can help support Tucson’s only non-profit glass arts school…and all you have to do is eat dinner. On Tuesday, April 1 2014, Sonoran Glass School is participating in La Cocina Restaurant & Cantina‘s Tuesday’s for Tucson Program–a night reserved for non-profit fundraising.
From 5-10 P.M. 10% of all net profits from dinner service (and from cantina drinks) will benefit SGS and all its educational programming, including the Lumie award-winning SGS Youth Development Program (watch the informational video here: https://youtu.be/
We’ll also have Bronwen Heilman‘s The Art of Recycled Glass torchworking demonstration, gallery pieces on display, and music from Jazz Telephonefeaturing Jeff Grubic.
Mark your calendars…we’d really appreciate your support and hope to see you there!
