Glass Reactions
April 27th and 29th, 10am-noon
Explore the magic of glass in this class on Bullseye (90 COE) glass reactions! Glass for kilnforming is made with a variety of chemical elements and when the elements within different color glass interface each other they create a new color. These new color effects can be subtle or dramatic and can be used effectively when designing a project. In this workshop you will create samples using basic glass combinations to achieve a glass reaction. Then, create a 6×6″ project using glass reaction using your favorite reaction.
Prerequisites: Basic glass cutting skills and basic knowledge of kilnforming process
