Hot Glass Fundamentals

Discover the magic of molten glass in this 4 week introduction. This hands-on class will cover the foundational techniques needed to work with hot glass, working with solid forms, gathering glass, shaping, and working with hot shop tools. You’ll progress to blown forms, making bubbles and your first vessels. This class is designed for beginners who want to learn – no experience required!
Class dates: 5/5, 5/7, 5/12, 5/14, 5/19, 5/21, 5/26, and 5/28 (8 sessions)
This class has a minimum enrollment of three students. If the minimum is not met, the class will be cancelled, and the tuition refunded. Thank you.
